Webnologic IS initiates and takes part in manysided projects. It has been proven more than once, that the company was able to react quick and flexible in order to bring forward the task that has been given.

RTL-Hessen report "Luftbild-DVD" - Frankfurt
RTL-Hessen showed a report on the 10th April 2008 about the DVD "Mein Frankfurt" produced by the "Stadtvermessungsamt" Frankfurt based on the CityGuide-DMS software.
The key issue of the report is the question, whether the high-resolution pictures shown on the DVD offend the data privacy laws and therefore violate the privacy of the citizens.

Hagen precisely from the air
The interactive maps of the city of Hagen have now another highlight. Visit www.stadtplan.hagen.de -> Luftbild to access
an area-wide aerial view-mosaic of the entire cityarea of Hagen with a ground resolution of 5 cm. 5 cm ground resolution means that 1 pixel in the picture corresponds to 5 cm in reality.
That means, that on the aerial view you are able to count the splices of the paving tiles on the "Friedrich-Ebert-Platz" in front of the Hagener city hall. The whole mosaic consists of
1.150.000 tiles. This amount of small tiles allows a fast navigation in the picture, because only those tiles have to be loaded, which are currently displayed in the picture excerpt.
On the URL www.stadtplan.hagen.de the city of Hagen currently presents 15 interactive maps based on the CityGuide-programs.
We are working on further maps to come in the future.

13th INTERGEO 2007 - Leipzig
Like in the last two years a navigation system has been offered to the visitors on the Internet sites of the INTERCGEO and beyond that in form of a software
for mobile phone and PDA at the disposal.
The programs CityGuide DMS and CityGuide Mobile of the company Webnologic Internet Systems have been coordinated within a project with the university of applied sciences
of Munich, in which the students designed a collective stand of the provincial capital, the advisory committee, of the company Webnologic and an own company.

Darmstadt Pedestrians can leave themselves in the future from their mobile phone by Darmstadt Pilot - from the Luisenplatz to the Mathildenhöhe to stroll, without thereby too get lost, by push of a button the pharmacy next lain search or that italian restaurant, of whom the neighbour told recently.

The citymap of Koblenz can now be accessed via a mobile phone. At the same time, the online version offers a new routing-function, which allows visitors to get a better overview of the city and it's points of interest. Users can access the same data online and via their mobile devices.
